  : It was my second time so I was prepared for the service that they usually offered. It was on the lower end of the scale as previously.A/c was there in the hot blazing weather.Limited car parking is there.
  : There was no breakfast even though it was highlighted and mentioned in the reservation. I do agree it was Eid day but that is no excuse. You should have told me that it would not be available for EID.SECONDLY, you are with your 70+ year old mother they even want to see her cnic card. I did not resist the information. But when enquiring about what orders are in a state to follow such rules. They had no answer, there was no notification or order presented from the government behalf. I do not appreciate it nor I can recommend this hotel to anyone for a stay where they cannot provide proper information. THE ONLY INFORMATION GIVEN IS THAT IT NEEDS TO BE REPORTED TO THE LOCAL POLICE STATION. I kind of feel insulted, when asked about for mother's CNIC. When I provided mine what is the need for my mother's id, if there is please provide a government-stated document for such requirements.I am kind of disappointed that some of the things mentioned in the reservation were not available. Whatever, the reason Eid or others it is not the customer's problem. If you cannot arrange it, do not mention it. For example Toothbrush. The staff is not trained this time. They need better training to manage guests or at least try to understand what they are saying.Feels like I was there to pay only as I entered.Torn bed sheets and unclean pillow cover that is not the way. There was dust and dirt under the sofa. Whenever you sweep the room, do you put all the trash under the sofa and the bed?? ( I have attached the image of it) I am not sure if the water bottle was included in the package. But it was not free I found out at the time of checkout. Thank god I brought my water bottle. I returned it to the reception. (attached the image)Anyone who wishes to stay here beware of the facilities, even staff would not know if it is available unless you start staying with them.
